  • At this time, all sessions are held virtually within the state of IL.

  • Virtual sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant video platform.

  • Ever Evolving Therapy is an in-network provider with the following insurance companies: BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and Cigna. I would like to empower clients to have a thorough understanding of their insurance benefits, therefore I would encourage you to contact your insurance to verify benefits and receive an estimated cost per session according to your plan. I am able to provide you with detailed instructions on what information you will need when you call and am happy to support you with navigating any insurance-related questions/concerns!

    If you would like to use your benefits with an out-of-network plan, I can provide you with the documentation needed for you to submit to your insurance company. Please note that I am unable to submit claims on your behalf to an out-of-network plan.

  • If you plan to use insurance to help cover the cost of therapy, your out of pocket cost per session is dependent upon the specifics of your coverage. If you need support with navigating insurance, please let me know and I am happy to help.

    If you would like to opt to pay out of pocket for sessions, my rates are as follows:

    Intake session fee: $175 per 50-55 minute session

    Ongoing session fee: $155 per 50-55 minute session

  • We will talk through your history/background and goals for therapy. You are welcome to share anything you feel would be helpful for me to get to know you and what you are hoping to get out of therapy.

  • It depends! There is no one-size-fits-all here and we can talk through what makes sense depending on your needs.
